hardware 01 20100127 Apple iPad Officially official

In case you missed it, Apple this afternoon announced/made official the iPad, esentially a bigger version of the iPhone we love, with a bigger screen for the web surfing/ebook/emailing/gaming experience. Its a good look, and starting at $499 (USD) it looks like Steve might have done it again. The WiFi only version are set to be shipping in 60 days with worldwide availability and the 3G (HSDPA) versions set to be in motion in 90 days in the good ol’ USofA while the rest of the world should receive it shortly thereafter. Well thats if for me, peep for yourselves over at the apple site here, enjoy.

Feel free to comment, are you likely to be buying etc? Cheers

Google Wave (Video)…

I’ve been following this since the summer but I didn’t realize until last week that they had all of these videos demonstrating it’s capabilities… This is google wave – a new way to communicate with your friends, family, clients, etc… It’s really, really slick and will change the way people communicate with one another… Watch the 8minute video and watch the potential of this new open sourced application…

Now with that being said, does anyone have an invite they want to send my way so I can get my greedy little hands on it and test the hell out of it? Send your invite to: plaeboi@gmail.com

The New iMac…

Hate buttons and moving parts? So does Apple… Today, Apple has brings gestures to the desktop with the world’s first Multi-Touch mouse… Comes standard with the new iMac (yes there’s also a new iMac) or is available on it’s own for $69 USD. Looks kind of like a spaceship…
